For  your  convenience  we  have  implemented TrackMyFile.com, an  On-Line  Escrow Service that will enable you to Open a New Escrow, and to Check the Status of all your escrows at any time Online, 24/7.
This On-Line Escrow Service, if you choose to use it, is made available by Alpine Escrow Corporation at no cost to you.

  To Open an Escrow
  Please select the type of escrow to be opened. After we receive your Take Sheet information a newly assigned Escrow Number will be sent to you by email. Also included will be a User Name and Password which will allow you to access TrackMyFile.com.

  To Check the Status of an Escrow
1. Press the "Check Escrow Status" button on the left of this page, and when prompted enter your User Name and Password.
2. You will be asked to enter the Escrow Number. You may enter as many of your open escrow numbers as you wish - just separate each number with a comma.
3. You will then be able to examine the contents of your escrow files with regard to: Buyer; Seller; Financing; Required Information; and the current status of documents that are either "In" (complete) or "Out" (pending).

Knowing the status of your escrows is now at your fingertips!
You can now use your computer to check the status of your escrow anytime Online, 24/7. And you will be able to check the status of all your escrows, whether they were opened by using the On-Line Escrow Service or opened by using conventional methods of fax or phone. Simply press the "Check Escrow Status" button, and enter your Personal Password, User Name and the Escrow Number.
This new tracking system now makes it possible for you to avoid those many time-consuming and sometimes frustrating phone calls made to the escrow company in an effort to determine the status of an escrow.
